Thanks for all the comments. Have fun watching the quarter-finals, semi-finals and third place match and final...

I think it will be Argentina's World Cup.

I have to say i really enjoyed watching the Ivory Coast and i think everyone knows they were the best team to exit at the group stages. They would have progressed from any other group. I look forward to seeing them in the next World Cup and hope they are better all round.
You should be proud of your team.

Dear Ade,

Many thanks for your interseting articles. I wish success for Ivory Coast in WC 2010. Ivory Coast has the potential, but to succeed, they must:

1. Better discipline

2. Strengthen the defence. Stop playing naive games, no more silly defence errors.

2. Forwrds must score from the few chances they will get. In this world cup, Ivory Coast needed 15-20 scoring chances to score a single goal. This is unacceptable.

If They don't learn from the past mistakes, they will fail again.

Best wishes to Ivory Coast,

Sukumar

Dear Friend,
I have kept uptodate with your several articles up to this last one on the Elephants of Cote d'Ivoire and must say I have very much admired your good work. Thank you so much for your support and objective comments. Cote d'Ivoire may not have gone through to the second round, but will have left with a richly-deserved win and an overall very good performance on the world biggest stage in football. It is indeed with great sadness we will no longer enjoy watching them play throughout the rest of this competition... Rendez-vous taken for the next World Cup with a more mature, alert and stronger Cote d'Ivoire team especially in the defence area.
Till next time then, take good care and many thanks.
