After an extraordinary penalty shoot-out, where every player on the pitch scored a penalty on a first attempt, Cote d’Ivoire won 12-11 when Samuel Eto’o took his second penalty in the shoot-out and missed for Cameroon.

Didier Drogba converted his penalty to take the Elephants through to the semi-final of the African Nations Cup where they will play Nigeria on Tuesday.
